Use this section to save the desired storage backend configuration and migrate existing local assets to an S3-compatible target. Runtime storage still follows the server environment at startup, so a restart is required after changing the backend.
This copies existing local `storage/` uploads and `media/` HLS outputs into the saved remote backend. Keep local runtime directories in place after migration.

This build only exposes a read endpoint for the current rate. If you need to change it, update the server-side source that feeds /api/kurs.
